A 20TH ANNIVERSARY GIFT
A Fuller Cup™
You cannot sustainably lead others from a place you haven't yet
inhabited yourself.
CELEBRATING 20 YEARS · LIMITED TO 30 LEADERS
The leaders I admire most — in healthcare, education, corporate life, social impact, and beyond — share one quiet struggle: they give generously to everyone around them and run on far less than they deserve.
When we neglect our own care, it doesn't just show up in burnout. It shows up in the quality of our listening, the narrowing of our vision, the erosion of the very qualities — creativity, empathy, courage — that make us worth following. It shows up in cultures that mirror our depletion: high output, low belonging, people performing rather than contributing.
This summer, to mark twenty years of Sage Leadership Strategies, I'm offering something I rarely give away — freely, and with no obligation.
THE FRAMEWORK
A Fuller Cup™ explores five dimensions of wholeness
I

IV
V
EMBODIED
Getting back in touch with your body-wisdom. Stress severely diminishes our ability to fully inhabit our bodies, leaving us cut off from the simple pleasures of being.
II
AUTHENTIC
Tuning into your True Self — the part of you that is already good enough. How we think and feel about ourselves shapes every relationship and every room we walk into.
PURPOSE
Getting in touch with your motivating purpose and passions — what is truly important to you, beneath the roles and responsibilities you carry.
EMPOWERED
Drawing upon your agency: making hard choices, making strong requests, and learning to negotiate your wants and needs with clarity and self-respect.
COMMUNITY
Bringing the inner work outward — exploring your relationships through the lens of well-being, and learning how to get your needs met while supporting others in getting theirs.
MY GIFT TO YOU
Take the assessment. Book your debrief.
No obligation.
Complete the A Fuller Cup™ self-assessment, then reserve a complimentary 20-minute discovery call with me. I'll review your responses personally and we'll explore what your results reveal — where you are, what's being depleted, and what restoration might look like for you right now.
Take the assessment — a reflective self-assessment across the five Fuller Cup™ dimensions. Takes about 15–20 minutes.
Book your 20-minute call — choose a July or August slot that works for you. I'll come prepared having read your responses.
Show up for yourself — an honest, unhurried conversation. No pitch. Just presence and possibility.
This offer is available through August 30th — my birthday.
Please don't wait. You are worth celebrating.
The Workshop Structure
The weekend unfolds in three chapters:
Chapter 1: Reconnecting to Ourselves
Energy, regulation, meaning, purpose, and the inner conditions for vitality
Chapter 2: Reconnecting to Nature
Seasons, rhythms, aliveness, and our place in the more-than-human world
Chapter 3: Reconnecting to Each Other
Community, support systems, and leadership as a relational practice
Each chapter follows a rhythm of Being and Doing:
Mini-lecture → reflection → practice → group dialogue → takeaways for your personal toolkit

Sarah DeWitt
Systems Thinker • Regenerative Practitioner • Leadership Coach
Sarah works at the intersection of leadership, vitality, and systems change. A former leader at NASA and Accenture and an award-winning climate communicator, she brings firsthand understanding of how burnout emerges when intelligent, committed people operate in misaligned systems.“I burned out doing work I deeply believed in. This work exists because we can’t afford to lose our most committed leaders.”
Why This Matters Now
We are in the midst of a great re-balancing.
Old systems are straining. New ways of living and leading are emerging.
Yet the leaders we need most are often the ones most at risk of depletion.
Seasons of Need is an invitation to regenerate your capacity—not withdraw it—so you can continue showing up with energy, clarity, and care.
